1.1. Karma Karma bvba processes your Personal Data in the context of its activities. This includes:

Article 2 – Why we use your personal data
2.1. General purposes:
Karma Karma bvba will only use your Personal Data for:
- Category 1: maintaining and improving our Website and including Personal Data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be inferred, based on your explicit, prior consent during your first visit to our Website, subscription to newsletters, or clicking through ads on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Categories 2 and 3: answering the questions you have asked, based on your explicit, prior consent online and our legitimate interest in telephone contact.
- Categories 2, 3, and 4: direct marketing, newsletters, actions, and promotions by Karma Karma bvba itself, based on our legitimate interest concerning existing customers or your explicit, prior consent if you are not yet a customer of Karma Karma bvba. - Category 5: delivery and invoicing of products or services you have ordered, based on the execution of an agreement you requested and for which processing of your Personal Data is necessary because the law requires it or because Karma Karma bvba has a legitimate interest in doing so.
2.2. Direct marketing:
We also use your personal data for direct marketing, but only if you explicitly consent to this (“opt-in”) or if you are one of our existing customers.
You can withdraw your consent for direct marketing at any time, free of charge, and without needing to provide a reason. All our emails contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email for this purpose.

In certain cases listed in the GDPR, you may also request a restriction on the processing of your Personal Data.
