How can you quickly prepare oatmeal?

With Milk
– Make warm or cold oatmeal with milk

Heat some (plant-based) milk until just below boiling – around 95°C is perfect. Pour in enough milk to just cover the oats (about 120 ml), put the lid on, and wait 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
Prefer it cold? That works too – just add milk and let it soak for a bit.


With Hot Water
– Make warm oatmeal with water

Boil water and pour it into the cup just like with milk – until the oats are just covered (about 120 ml). Lid on, wait 3 minutes, stir... and dig in.

With Yogurt – fresh & crunchy

Add some (plant-based) yogurt to the oats. Give it a stir and you’ve got a fresh, crunchy snack – perfect on the go or as a light breakfast.
