How can you quickly prepare oatmeal?

KarmaKarma oatmeal cups are  ready in no time!  Sure, you can prepare our oatmeal in a pot, but our  KarmaKarma cups  are super handy and done in just a few minutes. Use milk, water, or yogurt – it’s up to you!


With milk
– make warm or cold oatmeal with milk

Heat some (plant-based) milk until it’s just about to boil – around 95°C is perfect. Pour enough milk into the cup to just cover the oats (about 120 ml), put the lid on, and wait 3 minutes. Stir and you’re done!
Prefer it cold? No problem. Just add milk and let it soak for a bit.

With hot water – make warm oatmeal with water

Boil water and, just like with milk, pour it into the cup until the oats are covered (about 120 ml). Put the lid on, wait 3 minutes, give it a stir… and enjoy.

With yogurt – fresh & crunchy

Add some (plant-based) yogurt to the oats. Give it a quick stir and you’ve got a fresh, crunchy snack: perfect on the go or as a light breakfast.
