Heat (plant based) milk up to 95°C. Add hot milk just to cover the oats. This is about 120ml milk. Close the cup again for two minutes. Give it a good stir. You can also use cold milk and enjoy your oat muesli immediately.

Boil water. Add the boiling water and just cover the oats. This is about 120ml of water. Close the cup again for two minutes. Give it a good stir.
Add (plant based) yoghurt to enjoy more crunchy texture. Good to know: a cup filled with yoghurt will not leak in your bag!
