Share with friends and family
Want to bake the tastiest, most nourishing cookies? These banana oat cookies with KarmaKarma Pecan & Hazelnut Oats are irresistibly delicious!
They’re chewy, naturally sweet, and packed with plant-based power. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack — and ideal for sharing… if you don’t eat them all yourself first 😉.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe, large bananas (brown spots = best!)
- 2 cups of KarmaKarma Pecan & Hazelnut Organic Oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
You’ll also need:
2 mixing bowls, a spoon or spatula, and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Instructions
1: In one bowl, mix the oats, chocolate chips, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mash the bananas and stir in the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
2: Combine the wet and dry mixtures until a sticky, firm dough forms. Too wet? Just add a bit more oats.
3: Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet using an ice cream scoop. Flatten each cookie slightly — they won’t spread on their own.
4: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown. Let cool before your first bite. They’re hard to resist — but a burnt tongue isn’t fun 🙂
Extra tips:
→ The riper the banana, the sweeter the cookie!
→ Skip the maple syrup for a sugar-free version
→ Freeze the dough or cookies for later — super convenient!
