 Shake your KarmaKarma cup. Heat (vegetable) milk to 90°C. Pour twice the lid volume (about 120ml)  into the cup. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Enjoy your warm oatmeal. Alternatively you can of course also use cold milk.

WITH YOGHURT

Shake your KarmaKarma cup. Add yogurt and enjoy the natural crunchy texture. Do you prefer soft oats? Then add the yogurt to your cup and let it rest for one hour.

Shake your KarmaKarma cup. Boil water. Pour twice the volume of the lid into the cup. This is about 120ml of hot water. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
