 Shake your KarmaKarma cup. Heat milk to 90* C, whether or not vegetable. Pour twice the volume of the lid into the cup. This is about 120ml of milk. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Enjoy your warm oatmeal. You can of course also use cold milk.

Shake your KarmaKarma cup. Add yogurt and enjoy the natural crunchy texture. Do you prefer soft oats? Then add the yogurt to your cupand let it rest for one hour.
