KarmaKarma Pecan & Hazelnuts oats Crumble with Pear 🍐

Create a warm vibe to start a perfect slow morning with your family. Your house will be filled with a wonderful smell that makes you crave instantly to start breakfast. Pear crumble is a brilliant way to make use of seasonal fruits in autumn. This recipe is so simple you can make it before you had coffee. 😜

Ingredients (for 2 people 👫)


✔️ 80gr KarmaKarma Pecan & Hazelnuts oats
✔️ 60gr almond flour
✔️ 2 pears🍐
✔️ 3 tablespoons maple syrup
✔️ 25ml nut oil (or coconut oil)⁠
✔️ lemon juice of a ½ lemon
✔️ 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon cardamom
✔️ toppings: quark, blueberries, fig, peanut butter

HOW TO?⁠

Wash the pear and cut the pear into slices or small pieces. Spray some oil in the oven dish to prevent the pears to stick to the oven pan.

Add some lemon juice to prevent the pear from turning brown. Add a tablespoon maple syrup, one tablespoon cinnamon and one tablespoon of cardamom. Give the mix a good stir.

Make the crumble by mixing the Pecan & Hazelnut oat mix with the almond flour, two tablespoons maple syrup and the nut oil. Mix all the ingredients.
Bake the crumble for 20 minutes in the oven till crunchy.

For toppings we suggest using blueberries, fig, peanut butter or Greek yogurt.

Serving tip: you can use this recipe also as a dessert. Serve the crumble with a scoop of ice-cream!
