Beetroot Chocolate Overnight Oats It is good to get out of your comfort zone so you surprise yourself with a new experience and a whole new pallet of flavours. A true revelation is the combination of beetroot in overnight KarmaKarma chocolate oats. 😋😋 Packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a source of fibre, iron and vitamin C. Beetroot has numerous health benefits: beetroot improves the blood flow, lowers blood pressure and increases oxygen levels in the body. No wonder athletes eat beetroot to improve their performance.
This is an overnight oat recipe: You prepare Overnight Oats by soaking your oats in milk overnight in the fridge. The next day you enjoy a fresh and soft oat bowl. We are big fans of overnight oats as it is exceptionally easy-to-prepare and deliciously creamy.

Ingredients ( makes plenty of oat breakfast for 2 people 👫)
✔️ 80gr KarmaKarma Chocolate & Cranberries oats
✔️ 1 raw beetroot
✔️ 1 raw beetroot
✔️ 100ml almond milk
✔️ 100gr Greek yogurt (use almond yogurt if you prefer a vegan option)
✔️ 2 tablespoons chia seed
✔️ toppings: blueberries, banana, cinnamon or almond butterThe evening before
Peel the raw beetroot. Chop the beetroot in small pieces.
Mix the beetroot with 50gr KarmaKarma Oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seed, almond milk and yogurt. Use your food processor or blender.
Add in a bowl or jar, cover and store in your fridge till overnight
In the morning 🌅
You simply add some toppings: 30gr KarmaKarma oats, blueberries or banana, cinnamon and if you like, add some extra yogurt to create funky layers.
