refreshment and boost your energy? Mind you, most ice-creams or soft drinks are a bunch of empty calories. Up for some healthier alternatives?
Easy! Take a cup of KarmaKarma pecan & hazelnuts, add 4-5 tablespoons of full-fat yoghurt or a plant-based alternative, put into the blender and give it 2 or 3 fast pulses. You only want to grind the really big nuts but you’d rather not blend until you are left with a creamy mixture.
Re-fill the yoghurt-oat mix back into the KarmaKarma paper cup, or divide into 2 smaller cups (espresso cups are perfect), add in half of a chop-stick in the middle. Hey it’s ok to top it up with some melted dark chocolate, and put the oat cup back in the freezer for 8 hours or more.
